/ Overview

Boutique shopping, minus the friction

Atelier Marne, a footwear boutique, watched mobile visitors browse and leave. I redesigned their shopping app around large product imagery, honest sizing guidance and a two-tap checkout.

The new app feels like the boutique itself — calm, personal and unhurried — while converting far more browsers into buyers.

/ Challenge

Beautiful products, abandoned carts

The old app buried sizes, shipping costs and returns behind five screens. Shoppers loved the shoes and feared the checkout.

/ Approach

Everything decided on one screen

I rebuilt product pages so size, colour, delivery and returns are visible at a glance, then cut checkout to two confident taps.
